At Serge De Nimes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
  • Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for a full refund or replacement (provided unboxing video is made).
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Refund is provided in the form of a gift card

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Any product customized as per consumer’s request CANNOT be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is defective or incorrect.
